Payments

Payment processing

OKD Web may use third-party payment processors, including Stripe, to process purchases, deposits, installments, and recurring service payments.

When payment is processed through a payment provider, payment-card information is submitted to that provider through its payment environment. OKD Web may receive transaction information such as payment status, amount, date, customer or transaction identifiers, and information needed to administer the purchase or service.

OKD Web does not need to store your complete payment-card number in order to administer a Stripe-processed transaction.

Service providers

When information may be shared

We may use service providers for functions such as hosting, infrastructure, email, payment processing, analytics, security, backups, and other technology or business operations.

Information may be provided to a service provider when reasonably necessary for it to perform a service for us. Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect legal rights or security, or as part of a legitimate business transaction involving OKD Service Ltd.

Cookies, sessions & analytics

Some technologies are needed simply to make modern websites and secure services work.

Essential technology

Cookies, session identifiers, or similar technologies may be used for functions such as security, administration, preferences, checkout, and maintaining a user or administrator session.

Analytics

If analytics or measurement services are enabled, they may collect information about how visitors reach and use the website. We may use this information to understand traffic, performance, and the effectiveness of our website.

Your browser

Most browsers allow you to control or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies or storage may prevent some website, account, checkout, or administrative functions from operating correctly.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services being provided. These can include access controls, secure connections, server and application security practices, backups, monitoring, and limiting access to information where practical.

No Internet transmission, hosting environment, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot promise absolute security.

Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide and support services, maintain appropriate business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods can vary depending on the type of information, service relationship, and legal or operational requirements.
